We love to see the children express themselves in their own colours and styles; we do not have a school uniform.

We simply expect our children to be dressed sensibly and suitably for a busy day at school, taking into account the activities timetabled for their class and the weather.

We cannot allow jewellery (other than small stud earrings for pierced ears), off the shoulder tops, distracting items, ripped jeans, football shirts/kits (except on birthdays), make-up, nail varnish, or stick-on tattoos.

Please also ensure your child wears appropriate footwear for playtime activities (we don’t advise shoes such as Crocs, but shoes that are secure on your child’s feet).

During the summer months we ask that children come in with tops that cover their shoulders and sun cream should be applied before coming into school.

P.E. Kit

Please ensure that your child comes to school in suitable clothing for all PE sessions (including dance).  Your child will not be changing clothing for these sessions.  Therefore,  they should come in: trainers and comfortable clothing for outdoor games and t-shirt, vest, loose fitting jogging bottoms, shorts, leggings etc. for P.E and Dance.  Please see your child’s class page for information on their P.E/Dance days.

Swimming Kit
Children in Year 3 are required to bring a swimming cap to all swimming lessons. Boys should wear trunks but not ‘board shorts’. Girls are asked to wear one-piece swimming costumes. Children are allowed to wear goggles if required.

We do ask that all clothing and belongings are labelled with your child’s name.
